Do You Ship to Canada?


Yes!  Nikki, our founder, started this company in Vancouver and our Canadian customers are near and dear to our hearts.  We are working on a Canadian fulfillment center, but in the meantime, your order will ship from the US. 

Canadian Shipping is $10.


The shipping time frame depends on where you live in Canada. Your order will typically ship within 2 business days of date you place your order. Depending on your ship method, it can take another 3-14 business days for your order to arrive. Please note: International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.


Can I return or exchange my Canadian order?

Due to systems and customs restrictions, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for Canadian orders.


Where else do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries around the world. Please allow for extended shipping time frames due to delays caused by COVID-19, particularly for international orders.


International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase



How much does shipping cost?

Standard domestic shipping is $7. We provide free shipping for orders over $35. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are nonrefundable if the item has shipped.

Where is my puzzle? 

You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. You are always welcome to check with us at


Please note that if you order a pre-production puzzle, the estimated shipping date will be in the listing description.  Normal shipping times do not apply to pre-orders.  



What if I need to change my order?

Please email us at as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order and we'll do our best to process your request. Please note that we are unable to accommodate any changes to the items or the delivery address once a shipping label has been created.

There is a problem with my puzzle, what do I do?

We want to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience.  If you have any issues with your order, including manufacturer defects or damage during shipping, just give us a shout at  We will do our best to make it right. 

What if my item is lost or stolen?

If your item has been marked as 'delivered' but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages are frequently scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still en route.


Please note that Two Bird Press is unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. You can reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
