                    Shipping & Returns




U.S. Shipping


U.S. Domestic ground orders are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan via UPS or USPS. Processing at the warehouse can take 1-3 days. Due to Covid processing times are taking longer than usual (2-4 days) to honor the necessary physical distancing requirements.


Canadian Shipping:

We will soon be partnering with a Canadian fulfillment center, but in the meantime, Canadian orders will be processed from our Michigan warehouse.  There is a $10 flat rate shipping fee for Canadian Orders.


International Shipping:

International Shipping is based on weight- generally $15-$30 USD per order.  Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by country. A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur depending on your location. As a result, please allow 10-­25 days for your package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.


COVID -19 Potential Carrier Delays


Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations, however, some packages may experience delays due to increased package volume. 





We can accept returns for new, unopened, and undamaged puzzles only.  Please contact us at for a return shipping label.  Once the return is received to our warehouse, we will refund you the cost of the puzzle minus the $8 return shipping fee. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of opened, damaged, or unsaleable puzzles.


 Due to systems and customs restrictions, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for Canadian and International orders.



What if There Is a Problem with My Puzzle?


We want to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience.  If you have any issues with your order, such as manufacturer defects or damage during shipping, just give us a shout at  We will do our best to make it right.
